Renewable Energies for Decentralized Energy Generation

Résumé

These last decades, the hybridization of the sources (photovoltaic, battery, fuel cell, supercapacitors, diesel generator, wind turbine, tidal turbine) poses interfacing problems in stationary applications that integrate renewable energy sources. Indeed, the complex and non-linear behavior of the sources makes the use an impendency adapter such as power electronics converters necessary. Currently, the most effective way to optimize the operation of the multi-source systems is based on the using static converters. The choice of topologies and control strategies for these converters is not insignificant because it strongly depends on the nature of the sources and the type of applications.
