Le parcours interprétatif sous l'angle d'une transformation d'états modaux
Abstract
Digital technologies now allow an access to text and to corpora and it becomes possible both not to encapsulate their interpretation into existing semantic networks (keywords), but also to take full account of the contexts of interpretation by actors confronted with unprecedented situations. This article will focus on the conditions of interpretation in judgments of Court of Appeal to discern in the interpretative path of assignment rules meaning (Rastier 87). It will focus on the place given to the markers modal demonstrating a enunciation commitment (Gosselin 2010), correlated to the constraints of discursive kind studied here: the texts of Court of Appeal and Court of Cassation.
